C.A.D. Design

Computer Aided Design or CAD speeds up the design process and reduces errors by allowing the creation of "intelligent" blocks which write information about parts to databases. Connections to other items, ratings and identifiers are all recorded and used to compile bills of materials etc.

Alterations and additions can then be more effectively managed - even throughout large sets of drawings.

At Myriad we use the following software as required:

AutoCad 2D - 2 dimentional mechanical design & electrical

AutoCad Electrical - Larger electrical systems

e-Plan - When stipulated by client for electrical

Autodesk Inventor - 3 dimentional modelling
